Xikar PUROFINE High Altitude Butane Fuel Refill - 8 Oz

To start, hold your lighter upside down and gently press on the inlet valve with a XIKAR Tune Up Tool (not included) to release all tank pressure and excess air from the lighter. Next, hold the refill can upside down so the butane can go to the bottom and the propellant rises to the top, pushing the butane out. Avoid shaking the refill can. Then, insert the nozzle of the refill can into the valve and press and hold to fill the lighter. Wait 5 minutes before using the lighter to allow it to stabilize and warm up a bit.
